i had somewhere to sleep.
The beds were comfortable and the curtains kept the room dark at night.
I had a confirmed reservation, however, at the front desk I was charged for the room again. All the furniture is broken. There is no chair in the room. The refrigerator is not working. There are cockroaches in the bed. The room smells strongly of dead mice. This situation is completely unacceptable and unsanitary. I was charged twice for a room that is uninhabitable. I demand an immediate room change or a full refund.
